I think it’s just the fall weather or the cold, but I’ve had the sniffles all day and a slight headache. I forced myself to go on a walkabout around the neighborhood. I’m glad that I did. I don’t really feel any better, but I did stop and enjoy the sunset. Even if there was a shitter in the view.
On a side note, I discovered that there are many Ansel Adams photos available to download from the national archives. I found one that I’ve always liked and printed out an 11×14 print. It’s obviously not an accurate representation of the original as it’s a scan that has been uploaded to the internet, then re-downloaded to my computer where I made edits to the exposure to try to match as close I could the contrast of the original negative.
