One Photo A Day – Day 37, Hotel View

Posted on August 29, 2023January 24, 2025 By lonniebruton

Well, I made it to Corpus and got booked into the hotel. After getting to the hotel and inspecting the gear I found that I have quite a bit of dust in the inner lens of my 17-85mm canon lens. When using high f/stops the images are just covered in dust spots. I should have shot with a higher shutter speed opened up the aperture more to avoid the spots. I did manage to get a couple semi clean shots. I also appear to have a few spots of dust on my sensor that the little blower ball will not remove. I guess I’ll take it in and have it cleaned soon.
