I made the decision early this week that I would take a trip out to the Oxley Nature Center and walk a couple of the trails. I did not check the weather, but I knew there was a slight chance of rain. A small thunderstorm rolled through while I was in the middle of my hike, and I did get pretty soaked but overall, it was worth it to spend a few hours in the middle of nature.
I didn’t get many usable shots on the walk as I wasn’t sure how watertight my new lens would be. But the Whitetail deer were out in numbers and not very shy at all.
