I’m really starting to think that I’m going to end up mostly a car photographer. It’s a pretty easy subject to work with as the cars just look good and all I do is press the button. I’ve been wanting to push myself and learn new styles and new techniques and I’ve been to a car show every week for the past month. I had planned on taking a step back from cars for a little while and focus more on urban exploration and street photography, maybe a side of landscape photography to mix it up a bit.
So why am I cursed you might ask? Well check out what was sitting in front of my apartment when I got home from work today. I would have been an idiot not to take a few snapshots of this beautiful car. I did however opt for black and white just to mix it up a little bit.
On a non-photography related note. Alkaline Trio, one of my favorite bands of all time, has released a new music video, album pre-order, and tour announcement. Surprise surprise no Oklahoma dates again 🙁
I’m on the fence on how I feel about the track, it’s starting to grow on me, and the video helps give it a little more depth, I’m curious to see what the rest of the album sounds like though. It will be the first one without one of my favorite humans on the planet in the band and seeing the video with someone else sitting in Derrek’s spot is taking a little getting used to.
