So, I lost a Credit Card and for the past couple of days I’ve been stressing about where I may have left it. The last place that I used the card was only open Tuesday-Saturday and I noticed the missing card Sunday night. Anyhow, it was all for nothing as they did have my card and I was able to swing by and pick it up on my lunch hour.
After securing my card I took a walk around the block and took a few pictures around the Sapulpa Historical Museum and the old Gas Station next to it. The lighting was pretty harsh, but I feel that it worked out. I did not use a LR preset on either of the images as I was able to get most of the look direct out of camera. I did apply cross processing and tweak the shadows/highlights slightly as well as added a little bit of dehaze.
I really liked how the Red/Blue pop against the kind of yellow tones the building was putting off in the sun today.
I did take a few more pictures as I walked the block, here are a fewof them.
I really liked these flowers for some reason. Well, not really the flowers so much as the green plants in the background If I am being perfectly honest.
The last picture was not from the walk but rather just a picture of one of my cats chilling in the sun this morning. I have been looking at a lot of Kodak Ektachrome images and toying around with a preset trying to emulate the look. I thought this one came out OK.
