Today was a pretty good day, I was able to wrap up the configuration for next week’s install at work today. I took a walk at lunch but did not bring my camera with me today. I felt like I needed to take a short break from downtown photo’s today. I decided to swing by the good will after work and see if there were any used film cameras, there were none in stock today. I’ll try again in a few weeks. On the way home I pulled over and took a picture of this business’s “street art”, I don’t know if it can really be called art if it’s literally a painted sign for the business, can it? either way I thought that it looked pretty neat. I also got a package today with some new film stocks and I got the scans of the last two rolls that were at the lab back. Just as I suspected the Ilford HP5 roll was mostly wasted. Only about 6 or 7 shots exposed and none of them were particularly good or worth sharing. Like the two color rolls I got back last night, the Kodak 400TMax roll turned out to have quite a few decent images. A few of the images could have used better metering on the lighting as I appear to have exposed for the highlights and not the shadows.
